Subsidy amount will be credited in consumer account within 45 days after
commissioning of project. - The warranty on Panels will be 25 years efficiency warranty & 7/10
years on Inverter provided by the manufacturer . - Service warranty of 5 years is provided by our company for free.
- Subsidy disbursement is at the sole discretion of MNRE & not our scope, however we hereby agree to complete all paperwork & installation as per their norms for subsidy in a timely manner .
- Standard Generation Per/kWp -4 Unit/kWp/Day, this is the average unit generation for the year depending on the weather conditions.
- The scope of work will include the installation and commissioning of solar system including solar panels, inverter, structure and fixtures, ACDB-DCDB, surge arresters, junction boxes, cables, connectors, conduits, clamps, earthing material, civil work material and any other material if required will be provided by us.
- Solar Panel warranty will be under our scope and will include replacement of the panel in case of manufacturing defect for 25 years, please note that any natural damage to the panel due to any kind of natural climatic conditions/ Act of god will be subject to discussion with the manufacturer and us.
- We use all measures to ensure no water leakage because of the solar plant installation and will provide repair costs in case of any water leakage post solar panel installation.
- Any kind of performance related concerns will be taken care of from our (Commitment 4 Unit Avg generation per KW) end and we will ensure the commitments related to performance are well achieved, in case of performance failure we will be held responsible and payable for the same.
- Warranty related to panel, inverter and entire solar panel system will be under scope. Clients do not need to connect with any manufacturer to claim any kind of warranty for the next 25 Years.
- Any small part required during service or during repair for the next five years will be under our scope.
- Structure guarantee will be from our end for the next 25 Years.
